Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Standard items may be returned within 7 days, while defective or incorrect items are eligible for a refund only. Custom or personalized items, items with a removed or tampered security tag, worn or damaged items, and unauthorized returns are not eligible.
To request a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and approved in advance. Shipping damage or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For defective claims, a clear video proof is required. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
