Refund policy
At Millionaire Stones, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Standard Items: Non-custom, standard catalog items may be returned within 7 days for any reason, subject to the fees and conditions below.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Items that arrive defective or incorrect may be returned within 7 days for a refund only.
Exchanges or replacements are not allowed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Custom-made / personalized jewelry (unless defective)
- Items where the security tag has been removed, cut, or tampered with
- Items that are damaged by the customer, including:
- wear and tear
- accidental damage
- scratches or misuse
- Items returned without prior authorization
3. Reporting Period
To ensure a smooth resolution, the following issues must be reported within the specified timeframe:
- Shipping Damage / Wrong Item: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
4. Pre-Dispatch Verification
Every order is fully inspected, recorded, and verified before dispatch.
- A clear video of the product condition and packaging is recorded before shipment.
- This video serves as final proof of the item’s condition before it leaves our facility.
- The video may be shared with the customer upon request.
5. Return Conditions (Strictly Enforced)
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
Security Tag Requirement
- All items are shipped with a visible security tag/seal.
- If this tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the return will be automatically rejected.
Unworn Condition
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Returned items must show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration.
Mandatory Video Evidence
- Defective claims: A clear video showing the defect is required.
- Change of mind returns: A video showing the item with the security tag intact before packing is required.
6. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Defective / Wrong Items
- Return shipping is covered by the seller
- No restocking fee
Customer Preference Returns (Change of Mind)
- Buyer pays return shipping
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
7. Return Procedure
To return an item, the following steps must be followed:
- Approval Required: All return requests must be approved first based on the submitted evidence.
- Shipping Deadline: Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of approval.
- Tracking Required: Returns sent without tracking or without authorization will be rejected.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
- If the item passes inspection: Refund will be processed minus any applicable fees
- If the security tag is missing or the item is worn/damaged: Refund will be denied
9. Order Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 Hours: Full refund
- After 24 Hours: 15% cancellation fee
- Shipped Orders / Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled
