1. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We believe in transparency. Every order at Millionaire Stones consists of Handling Time (preparing your piece) and Transit Time (the time with the courier).

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

A. In-Stock Items

Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days
Transit Time: 7–12 Business Days
Total Estimated Delivery: 8–14 Business Days

B. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Production/Handling Time: 2–3 Weeks (Custom nameplates, bespoke watches, etc.)
Transit Time: 7–12 Business Days

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the courier’s website.

4. Delivery Information

While we aim to deliver all in-stock orders within our estimated window, please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing. We provide full tracking for every order so you can monitor your luxury piece every step of the way.

5. Shipping Address Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
For high-value orders, we strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
