  • Moissanite Quality: All stones are graded according to the specifications listed on the product page.

  • Visuals: Because of the high-brilliance nature of VVS moissanite, appearance may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

  • Installments: Shop Pay Installments are currently available for United States billing addresses only.

  • Verification: For high-ticket orders, we may require additional identity verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DELIVERY

Our shipping procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Origin: Orders will be dispatched from our design headquarters in Texas

  • Customs: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes incurred.

  • Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Security Tags: Most items ship with a security seal. Removal of this tag voids your right to a return.

  • Custom Orders: Bespoke and personalized items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is proven via video evidence.
