1. What payment methods do you accept?

5. What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We offer a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Standard items may be returned within these 7 days, provided the return is approved in advance and the item is unused and in its original condition.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items with a removed or tampered security tag
  • Worn, used, or damaged items
  • Unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval

6. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
  • Shipping Damage or Wrong Items: Must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a refund only.
  • Defective Claims: To successfully file a claim for a defective item, clear video proof is required to show the issue.

7. Are there fees for change-of-mind returns, and how long do refunds take?

Yes. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
