Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Standard items may be returned within 7 days, while defective or incorrect items are eligible for a refund only. Custom or personalized items, items with a removed or tampered security tag, worn or damaged items, and unauthorized returns are not eligible.
To request a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and approved in advance. Shipping damage or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For defective claims, a clear video proof is required. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping, a 25% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. In-stock items are processed within 24–48 hours and usually arrive in 15 business days. Custom or made-to-order items require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email or SMS. Delivery times may vary due to carrier or logistics delays. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Shipped or custom orders cannot be cancelled.
